November 2019 - P&P advises P3 to negotiate and sign renewal of 8,500 sqm warehouse lease with Elit

POP & PARTNERS advised the specialist pan-European logistics real estate owner, developer and manager P3 throughout the negotiation and signing of a renewal of 8,500 sqm warehouse lease as well as 1,300 sqm of office space with the auto parts distributor ELIT Romania in the P3 Bucharest A1 park.

P3 Bucharest Park is the largest mixed-use park in Bucharest, with 380,000 sqm across 14 warehouses and a land bank on which a further 100,000 sqm could be developed.
